On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting living area with a dining space, whose bright, welcoming design instantly creates a holiday atmosphere. The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, Ninja air fryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Ideal for quick, easy meals on the go.
From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace with patio furniture and, in the summer, your own beach chair (April–October)—perfect for relaxing in the sun or winding down the day with a glass of wine.

The basement features two bedrooms:
- a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and TV
- another room with two single beds—ideal for children or travelling friends
