For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged; after that, or in case of a no-show, 100%. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 p.m.; the key is in the key box; you will receive the code before arrival. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Included services: Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, parking, sauna, and a fully equipped kitchen are included in the price. Final cleaning: 140 €. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax: Children ages 6 and up: 1.90 € per night; adults ages 14 and up: 3.80 € per night. Options: For an additional fee, an apartment for up to 2 people is available in the basement (please specify when booking). Amenities: Chalets with kitchen, balcony/terrace, Wi-Fi/TV, parking, modern country-style furnishings, family-friendly (up to 24 people), close to the town centre, and ideal for hiking, biking, and skiing.
