Holiday Home 'Soa' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Relax at the charming Villa Soa, nestled in southern France in Gréoux-les-Bains, just 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from La Ciotat or Marseille, and 15 minutes from Lake Esparron. Perfect for 6 guests, this cozy and comfortable villa is ideal for a peaceful holiday under the Provençal sun.



Villa Soa features a spacious living room with a large 6-seater sofa, armchairs, ceiling fan, and air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), and the dining area is welcoming. There are three bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, dressing room), and upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms with storage, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.



Outside, enjoy two large terraces: one for outdoor dining with garden furniture and a barbecue/plancha, the other for relaxing on outdoor sofas. The private pool (3x6 m), surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to unwind. A shaded patio at the back is perfect for breakfast. In the evening, the illuminated pool and tranquil surroundings create a soothing atmosphere.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, bed linen and towels provided (separate pool towels), plastic glasses for outside, and private parking for 3–4 cars.



Please note: The house is home to a small cat named Jazz, whom you will need to feed during your stay (food provided). There is also a tortoise living peacefully on site—she is independent but will appreciate some corn from time to time. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
