The "Oberdeck Steuerbord" apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building in Grimersum, just a few minutes from Greetsiel. With a spacious living area of 62 m² and a total of three comfortable rooms, this accommodation is ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups of up to five people. Two separate bedrooms ensure peaceful nights and privacy. The rural location in the village of Grimersum, right on the Siel, offers a natural setting where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The heart of the accommodation is the bright living and dining area with hardwood floors, which offers a pleasant atmosphere thanks to its large windows. Here you’ll find a cosy sofa with two armchairs, a piano, and the dining table. The open kitchen area opens onto the living area and is fully equipped: a modern ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are at your disposal. Of course, you’ll also find kitchen utensils, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a smart TV (the only one in the apartment), and a wardrobe; the other bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), which can be pulled out to accommodate a 5th or 6th person, as well as a chest of drawers.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a modern sink, a mirror, and a toilet. The accommodation is equipped with fly screens on the main windows.

For additional entertainment, a smart TV (in the bedroom only) as well as books and games are available. Free Wi-Fi access (we cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed) allows you to use the internet at any time. If you’d like to relax outdoors, you’ll find a shared terrace with patio furniture, a large lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area in the garden. The attached boathouse, equipped with SUPs and a canoe, along with the dock, allows you to enjoy relaxing hours by the water—ideal for nature lovers and anglers.

Bicycle storage is available in the boathouse. The property is designated as a smoke-free facility and is dog-friendly—up to three dogs are welcome.

Whether you’re travelling as a family with children, as a couple, or with a group of friends—this property stands out for its family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities. The neighbouring apartment, “Oberdeck Backbord,” can be booked in addition if needed. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

This property is available for rent (depending on the season) with a minimum stay of just two nights.
