Welcome to our newly renovated holiday rental in Staberdorf on Fehmarn. The apartment features two balconies with side sea views, two bedrooms, and high-quality amenities, and is located on the edge of a field. Perfect for holidaymakers seeking peace and nature along the cliffs and on the natural beach. Enjoy relaxation in idyllic surroundings and leave the daily grind behind. Book now for an unforgettable holiday! The holiday rental in Staberdorf is a charming accommodation with 60 m² of living space. It features two bedrooms, a living and dining area with an open-concept kitchen. A special highlight are the two balconies, which offer a breathtaking view of the sea as well as a view across the fields to the cliffs.

The apartment was recently completely renovated and refurbished and is modern and well-equipped with the latest technology. It is bright, quiet, and offers plenty of space. The smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (90x200 cm), a closet, and access to one of the balconies. The mattresses are high-quality Emma mattresses. The second bedroom features a large upholstered bed (180x200 cm) with equally comfortable Emma mattresses.

The interior shower room has also been freshly renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cookware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, ample storage space, a filter coffee maker, and a mini-oven that includes an air fryer and a microwave.

In the living room, you can enjoy a wonderful view across the fields all the way to the beach from the large, comfortable couch and the cosy seating area for up to four people. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available, as are exterior blinds. This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a stylish setting. The apartment is family-friendly and equipped with a high chair and a travel cot. Pets are not allowed.

Wer es ruhig haben möchte und etwas weiter weg vom Geschehen, ist dort genau richtig. Nachteil in der Nachsaison: Fast alles hat geschlossen. Kein Bäcker unmittelbar in der Nähe und auch ansonsten kaum eine Essensmöglichkeit (bis auf einen Italiener). Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, vom Balkon hat man einen seitlichen Meerblick. Ein Babybett (war bei uns bei der Anreise defekt, wurde aber getauscht) und ein Hochstuhl stehen zur Verfügung (im Abstellraum). Die kleine Küche bietet (fast) alles, was man so braucht. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Das Bad ist klein, ausgestattet mit einer Dusche und ohne Fenster, aber es gibt genügend Stauraum und ein Föhn steht zur Verfügung. Im Kinderzimmer steht ein Doppelstockbett und auch hier befindet sich ein kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett und einem Kleiderschrank. Nachteil hier: für das Babybett ist es sehr eng, aber möglich. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer verfügt über eine Ledercouch, einen Sessel, einen runden Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen Fernseher. Es ist sehr geräumig und dort befindet sich auch der Zugang zum größeren Balkon mit Strandkorb.
