This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is overflowing with historic charm, including original hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, crown molding, and pocket doors. You’ll feel as if you have your own private window to the past, all while enjoying the home’s modern luxuries.

The spacious downstairs living room has warm wood accents and plenty of seating, including a full-size sleeper sofa. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal in the recently renovated kitchen, which features gorgeous Carrara marble countertops, subway tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The elegant adjoining dining room has seating for eight, perfect for family gatherings.

At the end of a day of exploring Savannah, relax in one of the three upstairs bedrooms. The primary suite has a California king-size bed and en suite bathroom with an oversized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an ornamental hearth, and a view of East Hall Street below. The third bedroom has a king bed, and can be accessed either from the second bedroom or the hallway. The shared second full bath has beautiful dark wood shutters, bead board paneling, a pedestal sink and a claw foot tub with shower.

Very comfortable and fantastic location

Took my older Girl Scout Troop to visit Savannah. This house is perfectly situated - in easy walking distance around the historic district, plus a Kroger's and cute cafe just minutes away. The house was very comfortable for group of 7 and had great historic charm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Girl Scout Troop stayed here in April. It was a very comfortable home. We loved that it had off-street parking, only two blocks from a grocery store, bakery, and Starbucks. The neighborhood was quite. The beds were very comfortable. With 6 girls/women in the house we never ran out of hot water.Things I would change or wish was there: more trash bags and dishwasher detergent. We had to go purchase some. Baking dishes, 2-3 cooking sheets, and food storage containers (like pyrex with lids). We cooked all our meals at the house and ended up having to purchase disposable bakeware. The railing on the porch needs secured/braced.Lucky Savannah was easy to work with. We arrived in Savannah early in the morning, and they stored all our luggage so it wasn't sitting in the car all day until the house was ready (at scheduled check in time).

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The spacious and cozy home was perfect for my family of 5, making us feel right at home.It was super convenient to have a grocery store nearby, so we could easily grab snacks whenever we wanted. Convenient to Forsyth Park

Being close to Forsyth Park was a perk. The corner restaurant is delightful and we enjoyed many meals there. The convenience of Krogers two blocks away was also wonderful.
