It’s ideal for travellers who value space, privacy, and the slower rhythm of rural Croatia, without sacrificing modern comforts.

Set on a fully fenced 900 m² plot, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests across the spacious interiors. The layout is spread across two levels: the basement features a dining area with a dining table and single bed, an open-plan kitchen equipped with essential cookware and appliances, plus a bedroom with a double bed and TV. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this level. On the first floor, a second open-plan kitchen provides the same range of cooking appliances, while the living and dining area includes a dining table, seating area and single bed. Two further bedrooms feature double beds, with one offering a TV and the other an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet serves the floor.

The villa truly shines outdoors. A heated private pool, sun loungers, shaded seating, and a wood-fired barbecue with an outdoor dining area create a relaxed setting for full days outside. Children have their own playground, trampoline, table tennis and billiards, while adults can unwind in the garden or on the patio. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, baby equipment and pet-friendly options added for convenience.
