Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest ideal for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV that connects via your mobile device only. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available for an extra fee, as well as shared toys and books for children.



Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The heated outdoor pool and outdoor shower are perfect for relaxation. For active guests, there is a playground, table tennis, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on the property. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking allows one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is offered for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Private use of the pool is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is offered for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for keeping your pet clean in the accommodation and shared spaces.
