100 metres from the house is a stop on the village bus line, which you can use free of charge all year round.

The bright holiday flat with a living space of 38m² offers space for up to three people and is located on the first floor. The bedroom is 14.5m² in size and has a double bed measuring 180x200cm, wardrobe, balcony door, seating area, make-up facilities and laminate flooring. The kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, sink, two ceramic hobs and all crockery and cooking utensils as well as a coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster and kettle. The kitchen/living room is 14.1 m² and has a PVC floor, a sofa bed, various cupboards and a dining area,
TV with satellite reception, Internet via Lan and Wlan possible, board games available as well as a balcony door and window. The bathroom is 4.2m² in size and has a window with daylight, WC, bathtub with shower option, washbasin, mirror cabinet and PVC floor.
Please note that pets are not allowed in this flat.

The wide, furnished south-facing balcony is 7m² in size and the wonderful mountain view lets you start the day with a cosy breakfast.
