This wonderful typical villa is located in an unspoilt area, with fresh air and unforgettable views
What makes this destination extremely charming is the breathtaking landscape of the Ionian coast, the Gulf of Taormina and the mainland of Italy: a view that can be enjoyed from all sides of the house. Just imagine this magnificent view! The villa is completely built of lava stone. It extends over 2 bright, spacious and welcoming levels. On the first level we find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, pantry, a library and a bedroom with two single beds (one of which is very large). On the second level we have 2 suites with private bathrooms. The interior is tastefully furnished, as can be seen through the pictures. Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. above this limit, it will be charged. Heating is not included in the price. The cost of gas is 1.50 per litre.
The outside of the villa is enchanting, with an extraordinary panorama. There are plenty of corners to relax, including: the swimming pool between the villa's imposing lava stone façade and the view of the Ionian Sea; the barbecue area with the typical Sicilian stone oven (ideal for pizza); many relaxation areas ... All completely immersed in a typical Etna park (oaks, chestnut trees, oriental hackberry (Minicucco in Sicilian) ...). The small village of Presa is less than 1 km away.
You are inside the beautiful Etna Park. The particularity of this area is that you can reach Taormina in less than 20 minutes, and the sea is 15 minutes away by car. The motorway exit is 7 km away and from there you can easily reach all the landmarks of eastern Sicily.
