The independent holiday home is situated in a very sunny position with a panoramic view over the Candigliano river valley. At the same time you can admire the panorama of the Furlo Gorge and the three Apennine mountains, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with trees and flowers (over 5000 sqm). A private swimming pool is at your exclusive disposal. Deck chairs, parasols and a gazebo with table and chairs invite you to linger. The pool is open from June to September.

The house is accessed via a private driveway. Here, away from the other houses, you can spend your holiday in complete relaxation, in a quiet and restful atmosphere.

The nearest village is Acqualagna. It is about 3 km away and lies at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, above the valley.
