The centre of Umag 7 km from the house, in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the amusement park Funtana and the nearby water park Istralandia will make the hearts of young and old beat faster. The nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, rocky, a beach for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and form every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation close to the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.
