Past Elbvilla - on foot or by bike in the New Town and the city center.

The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

2. The 800-square-foot garden plot adjacent to the Elbe and the rechtselbischen same bike path. The direct Elbzugang through the garden is possible to use the garden is the family reserved.

Great place in Dresden

Ideal place to stay and sleep in Dresden. In a beautiful quiet area of the city. In a unique 130 years old house. Great garden. Easy opportunities to reach all parts of the city (walking, cycling, bus, S-bahn). Lots of space. Everything great!

Beautiful villa in with garden with proximity to river

We really enjoyed our stay in villa. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the rental itself had everything we needed. The only minor drawback was that the tram line that takes you to the city is under construction so it is a a bit of awkward walking to the stop, but of course it has nothing to do with the rental itself. And if you have a bicycle you only need 15 min to old city. Would definitely stay again if visiting the town.

Breathtaking

We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, sehr ruhig gelegen mit großem Garten. Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. PKW Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Man kann die Innenstadt aber auch fußläufig erreichen.

Das Wohnen in einer Villa hat ein besonderes Flair. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr gepflegt. Die Straßenbahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt kann man auch in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Toll fanden wir die direkte Lage an der Elbe. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung am Elberadweg. Mit der Straßenbahn kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt schnell und einfach erreichen. Das gleiche trifft auch für den Einkauf zu.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Der Blick in den herrlichen Garten, wenn wir draußen saßen, war eine Wohltat für die Seele. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Angenehm war es auch, durch das Gartentor auf dem Elberad/Fußweg Richtung Innenstadt zu gehen.Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, sie ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Urlaubstage benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wäre gut schon im Inserat zu lesen, dass es sich um eine Souterain Wohnung handelt. Aus den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern, der Küche und dem Bad kann man nicht rausschauen. Ein Hinweis auf die vor Ort zu zahlende Beherbergungssteuer wäre auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber voll in Ordnung.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Lage am Elbufer und der kurze Weg in die Altstadt sind einmalig. Auch der Parkähnliche Garten am Haus macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen.

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Zugang zum Elbradweg . Bis in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Es bietet sich an eine längere Fahradtour zu unternehmen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Es war alles super!

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles vorhanden und die Räume sehr geschmackvoll renoviert!
