Großes und gemütliches Ferienhaus für Familientreffen und Ähnliches
Mit den vielen Schlaf- und Aufenthaltszimmern, zwei Badezimmern, einer
Toilette und einer Küche hatte das Haus die richtige Größe für unser Familientreffen (7 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, u.a. gibt es Spül- und Waschmaschine. Es ist in einem guten Zustand, ebenso die Möbel, Betten und Matratzen. Die Geräte sind alle aktuell und in einem guten Zustand. Viele nützliche Kleinigkeiten (Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Spültücher, Toilettenpapier, Toilettenartikel, usw.) sind vorhanden - hätten wir gar nicht mitbringen müssen. Hochstuhl und Kinderreisebett waren auch vorhanden.
Etwas unpraktisch war, dass der große "Speiseraum" mit der 9-Personen-Tafel von der Küche nur über eine steile Stiege zu erreichen war. Vielleicht würde die Wohnung nach einem Tausch von Wohn- und Esszimmer an Funktionalität gewinnen...??
Dafür können die Vermieter nichts, aber wir hatten den Eindruck, dass St. Andreasberg schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hatte: Gefühlt drei von vier Gastronomen und jeder zweite Einzelhändler hatten ihre Geschäfte leergeräumt. Harzer Wild- und Wurstspezialitäten kauft man nun im 12 km entfernten Braunlage.

Super Haus für größere Gruppen!
Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für Gruppen größer 6 Personen. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorm Haus vorhanden. Im kleinen Garten lässt es sich wunderbar Grillen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.
