House completely renovated, contemporary design of very high standard (Bathrooms and Corian kitchen and exotic wood, electrical items new high standard, ...), the top of a seaside hill, exceptional panoramic sea view , the islands and the hinterland. Heated infinity pool (5.5 x 12) and its independent spa surrounded by large wooden beaches. Other stone terraces provide direct access to the wild scrubland, from where you can go for long walks on foot or mountain bike.
Teak garden furniture. Billiards, ground balls, table football, trampoline. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower.
When living with young children, the pool is well secured by barriers to more tranquility.

The most beautiful villa

I cannot find anything negative to say about this property. It is just perfect! I booked it to stay with friends for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we had the most amazing time. The pool is beautiful, the view breathtaking and we will be back soon no doubt! Pascal, the owner, is also very friendly and communication has been easy. Thank you Pascal!

A villa with a view

The property was in an excellent location. It had all the amenities that everyone from toddlers to adults could need to make it a fun place to stay. The pool being the highlight for our family. The only thing I could say is clarify exactly what you will be getting during your stay as somethings we expected we didn’t get but that maybe the norm in France. However we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay in the area again in the future.

Amazing villa

The property had views to die for with a pool overlooking the sea. The property had excellent facilities including a pool table, table football, table tennis and pétanque so we were all Leo occupied. The property was extremely well equipped and had two large fridges to keep everything cool. Pascal was very helpful with advice for our stay and was very responsive. Would love to go back again !!

Gorgeous View!!!

We wanted for nothing. A fully equipped house. My family and I had a wonderful and above all relaxing time. We found all that was described. Everything was in excellent condition. There was something for everyone, young and old. But above all, the view is a dream. Sitting on the veranda in the evening with a drink or in the whirlpool with the sun shining was fantastic. The week went by far too quickly. Thanx for all.

A dream!

We spent a fantastic week there with our friends: alltogether 4 families with 6 adults and 6 children in the age between 11 and 16. The place is unique, the garden is wonderful and the pool which was heated was of course the greatest thing for everybody. Although October we could use it every day, we could eat and enjoy the sun and the unbelievable view from the terrace. We have never been in the south of France but I think everybody fell in love. The house has enough space, we could play boule, billiard and table tennis, we cooked a lot and were just very relaxed. Carqueiranne is a winning village too and the islands of Hyere as well. It was like a dream and everybody wants to go back. And we will! Dana and friends from Berlin and around

Amazing view and magnificent Villa

The villa has an outstanding 180° view over the Cote d'Azur and the Giens peninsula. We couldn't get enough of this view. The villa is modern and very attractively furnished. The air conditioning was worth its weight in gold, especially in the very hot first week. There are so many places to stay in and around the villa - you don't even know where you want to sit :). On the south side facing the pool, there is not a lot of shadow during the day. We would have missed an awning or parasol here. But the nice pool gave us the needed cool down. In the evenings we liked the Jakuzzi very much. The owner, Mr Sulzer, was always available and reacted very quickly when we had a technical problem. All in all, we enjoyed the 2 weeks very much and would have loved to stay longer. Really an exceptional and quiet place to relax and calm down. One of the best places we have been so far.

Nous avons été très déçus de la maison : cafetière qui ne marchait pas, bouilloire remplie de tartre, casseroles extrêmement abîmés à jeter, piscine où des clous ressortent mon petit-fils s’est ouvert le dessous du gros orteil, cendrier pleins de mégots de cigarettes, sol du premier étage sale, vmc encrassée, pas de poubelle jaune extérieure, tous les coussins des jardins extérieurs à jeter car très très inconfortables, grosse tache de calcaire dans la douche du 1e étage. Prix excessif pour une maison aussi inconfortable. Unique point positif la vue. Vraiment vraiment déçus

Nous avons été très surpris de votre commentaire, et nous demandons si vous parlez de la bonne maison. Durant le séjour du 5 au 12 juillet, aucun locataire nous a contacté pour exprimer une demande particulière ou un mécontentement. Notamment, pour être précis sur les remarques : - La cafetière Nespresso es neuve, achetée en avril 2025. - La bouilloire est neuve, achetée en mai 2025. De plus, la maison est équipée d’un adoucisseur d’eau. - Les casseroles sont vérifiées et renouvelées chaque année lorsque nécéssaire. - Nous ne fumons pas, et n’autorisons pas de fumer dans la maison. - Les poubelles jaunes n’étant collectées que toutes les deux semaines, il n’est pas possible de les utiliser (un locataire se retrouverait avec les déchets du locataire précédent). - La piscine est carrelée, carrelage refait il y a 5 ans, et il n’a y pas de clous dans la piscine. - Les coussins de transats ont été achetés en janvier 2025, et nous les renouvelons chaque année, Il ne serait pas possible d’en produire des neufs chaque semaine. Nous veillons à ce que la maison soit toujours dans un état impeccable, et une équipe de nettoyage intervient durant 7 heures chaque samedi. Ces remarques sont donc étonnantes, incompréhensibles et injustes, le prix de location n’a par exemple pas été changé depuis trois ans. Et plus de la moitié de nos locataires sont des familles régulières.

Excellent séjour dans cette villa familiale très bien équipée.La vue sur la presqu’île est exceptionnelle, plusieurs terrasses nous accueillent en fonction du moment de la journée, de la vue désirée et du soleil.Nous avons bien profité de la mer le matin et de la piscine en famille l’après midi.Le propriétaire et les personnes qui s’occupent de l’entretien sont joignables facilement et ont répondu à nos questions rapidement.Notre séjour restera un très bon souvenir pour notre regroupement familial.
