Villa Angueiroun 5 * Deluxe (ref. ELLE DECORATION No. 237 July-August 2015)

A beautiful holiday house to spend time with friends and family. The spirit : my wife and designer Virginie Dumon created a world of luxury, elegance of materials and shapes, furniture, accessories, colors ... Rest in this cocoon under the mediterranean light, wide open spaces with view on Provencal landscapes. Large terraces, heated pool 12 x 4 m, pool house, plancha corner, petanque, huge garden surrounded by the vineyards. All rooms have their private terrace and private bathroom.

I am an indépendant wine maker in charge of Château Angueiroun in Bormes les Mimosas, I have a passion for good wine and good life. We built with my wife Virginie in this exceptional and preserved landscape this villa with dry stone wall, a refuge of goodness.

We spent a blissful week at Eric’ beautiful house among the vineyards. The house was comfortable, scenic, and well-equipped. The pool and the outdoor area was lovely as well. The location is perfection as well. Close to both hill towns and just 10 minutes from sandy beaches, there’s lots to do and also lots of ways to chill. We loved our time at Chez Dumok and would love to get back there again soon!

Summer vacation Villa Angeuiroun June 24

The villa was perfect for our family vacation - it is situated in a beautiful wine making region and within easy access to shops beaches restaurants and places of interest. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and the villa was clean and fitted out to a high standard with comfortable beds and soft furnishings. This is a perfect holiday destination and I look forward to returning there in the near future.

Amazing vacation home

We had wonderful stay at Eric's beautiful house. Surrounded by vines and trees, quiet nature and a lovely garden - we felt relaxed the moment we walked in. The large open living room and dining room are perfect for a large family gathering. The rooms are perfect, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The pool area is gorgeous and a great size. Thanks, Eric, for a wonderful experience

Formidable

Eric and his daughter greeted us and showed us around and the house was great. It looked good in the photos, which are very accurate, but in many ways the experience was better. We were working throughout online and had no issues. Excellent for a big family, we had three generations with us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Nothing short of amazing

The villa is beautiful and everything with it. Pool was perfect and the group of 12 had loads of room to both mingle together or seek out your own space to relax Definitely a perfect place to go for large families with or groups of friends Eric was the perfect host too. Cousins Reunion

This house is simply wonderful. We loved everything about it. In the middle of vineyards and with a million dollar view. 5 rooms have ensuite bathrooms and all with comfortable queen sized beds. Beautiful pool area. I could go on and on. Lots of places to explore and the beach is only a short drive away. Eric the host is friendly and welcoming,and even helped us out by delivering some wine from his winery when we ran out 😉😁. Thank you Eric! His wine, Chateau Angueiroun, is great btw. It was a wonderful experience and we will be recommending this villa to friends and family for sure.

Schöne 12-Tage in der Villa L'Angueiroun!

9 Personen - 12 schöne Tage. Check in verlief ohne Probleme - Eric der Gastgeber war nach Absprache vor Ort und für jegliche Anfrage erreichbar - sehr freundlicher Empfang. Villa war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Alles perfekt. Schöne Zimmer, großer Pool. Auch die Erreichbarkeit des Anwesens über die Straßen war ohne Probleme möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Zugänge zu Stränden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schön wars! Beste Grüße aus Süddeutschland

Un séjour familial et festif

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour organisé pour réunir famille et amis. La maison s’y prête parfaitement ! Tout le monde etait ravi. La décoration est soignée et les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont bien conçus et très agréables. Le village et les plages sont accessibles rapidement pour les sorties. Eric etait très reactif et prevenant je recommande vivement !

Villa absolument au top !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances familiales dans une villa tout aussi superbe ! La déco y est choisie, élégante et relève d’un goût affirmé et classieux sans être surfait. Spacieuse et aérée, chacun y trouve son espace ! C’est une villa idéale pour plusieurs couples ou familles. La piscine est jolie et agréable, le jardin harmonieusement arboré ! Située au milieu des vignes, elle assure un calme certain et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour lequel le rapport qualité-prix est très raisonnable (en comparaison avec les villas que nous avons déjà louées) Nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Belle maison mais…

Pas de plancha alors que c’était précisé. Maison sale. Il manquait des serviettes propres et d’autres, sales, traînaient dans un tiroir. Une personne est venue les laver, à 40 degrés dans le lave-linge, sans lessive.😱 Toiles d’araignées sous la table, sous la hotte, dans les chambres. Remontées d’odeurs d’égout dans la chambre du bas. Par ailleurs, une personne vient arroser, sans prévenir, sans sonner. Une autre vient réparer le volet de la piscine, alors qu’il est cassé depuis des mois. Il arrive dans le jardin sans prévenir, et pourquoi cette semaine là alors que la villa n’était pas occupée la semaine précédente, ni la semaine suivante!! Pas très correct! Une très belle maison, bien décorée mais pas du tout entretenue, ni nettoyée, dommage…

Magnifique Villa

Superbe villa au coeur d’un magnifique vignoble. Villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La villa est idéalement conçue pour 3 familles. Toutes les chambres ainsi que les communs disposent d’une climatisation très agréable. L’hôte Eric, est gentil, reactif, et à l’hauteur d’un pro. Merci Eric pour ses merveilleuses vacances !

Konzept Gebäude und Anlage architektonisch hervorragend

Leider sind einige Mängel zu beanstanden. Die Zufahrt ist eine Zumutung. Grössere Schlaglöcher und Staub jede Menge. Ein nogo! Küche war schmudelig gereinigt, Backofen überhaupt nicht, Einige Teller und Pfannen nicht abgewaschen. Waschmachine und Tumbler nicht gereinigt. Gemäss Bilder sollte es Rasen neben unterem Sitzplatz haben, leider nur Stein und Sand. Zwei Spühlkasten waren defekt, ebenfalls ein Waschbecken. Ebenfalls war je nach Windrichtung starker Verkehrslärm zu hören, meistens in der Nacht und am Morgen. Für den Preis darf man eine hervoragende Leistung erwartern.

Best two weeks ever!

This is one of the best houses we’ve rented in France. The location is perfect-really quiet but just a short drive to the coast and villages. The pool is amazing, perfect temperature! The house itself was really clean and comfortable and the layout worked well for two families. All the bedrooms are lovely so no one got the short straw! We all had a fabulous time and would love to return soon. Thanks Eric!

A fantastic house and very nice rooms for 10 + people

The house is very special and nice. Exceptional. Location is stand alone on the vineyard and you need to drive to shop and to the beaches. Pool area is very good as well. Only small negative comment is that kitchen utensils are not in line with the high standard of the house.

Relax and exquisite taste in Bormes.

Magic Villa

We had the best stay in the Villa. The house is gorgeous and surroundings breathtaking. Close to everything and yet secluded and private, the perfect place to stay. Would love to come back again. The owner, Eric, was always helpful and informative. And not to forget, the Villa is on a vinyard, so we also enjoyed their wines.
