Due to the construction of ButjaPark, there may be occasional disruptions. However, we are making every effort to keep these to a minimum. In any case, the holiday homes available for rent are fully equipped, and the accompanying property is fully landscaped. Due to the potential disruptions, we have already lowered the prices in our offer and ask for your understanding.
Experience the North Sea—a new adventure every day. At ButjaPark, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the North Sea., Whether it’s walks in the Wadden Sea, relaxing days at the beach, or active leisure activities—the possibilities are as diverse as the region itself. Tossens and the Butjadingen Peninsula are among the most popular destinations on the German North Sea coast. On the North Sea, everything is truly in flux; life here is shaped by the ebb and flow of the tides. The currents influence the weather and create a unique climate. Thanks to the tides, no two days are alike, yet each promises peace and a chance to slow down. All of this makes Butjadingen a region of relaxation, but also of discovery and adventure on the North Sea. ButjaPark and its surroundings offer something for every age and interest, far beyond beach fun and swimming. The Butjadingen region is rich in places to visit and surrounded by water: to the west, it borders the famous Jadebusen; to the north, the peninsula opens up to the open sea; and to the east lies the North Sea lagoon, where the Weser River flows into the sea. A holiday at ButjaPark means a holiday by the sea: beach adventures for the whole family, swimming in the North Sea, hiking in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, excursions to the crab fishing boat harbour in Fedderwardersiel, and enjoying freshly caught fish. You can always expand your maritime horizons—for example, by visiting the neighbouring Pütten lake district, the Tossens spa gardens, or the Aqua Mundo water park, to port cities like Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven, day trips to the East Frisian Islands, or a stroll along the art promenade.
