Each apartment offers its own private retreat, ideal for guests who are travelling together but still want to enjoy their own peace and quiet. The interior of the house has been extensively and beautifully renovated and now welcomes you with a bright, modern atmosphere that perfectly combines comfort and contemporary living. The apartments have been open to holidaymakers for the first time since the end of December and invite you to leave everyday life behind. Whether you’re a family, a group of friends, or a small party—the house offers the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. Upon request, multiple apartments can be booked together, allowing for a convivial, carefree stay for up to 14 people. Here you’ll find space to relax, enjoy yourself, and feel at ease—a temporary home where every moment counts.

The “Frühlingserwachen” apartment in the “Heu22” building offers a comfortable living experience for two people in about 25 m² and invites you to settle in and relax. In this lovingly designed studio apartment, the sleeping area, reading corner, and kitchenette are harmoniously integrated, creating a bright, welcoming space that combines comfort and cosiness. The small reading nook with two armchairs invites you to unwind with a good book or a cup of coffee, while the TV ensures relaxing evenings.

The practical kitchenette is equipped with two hob burners and a refrigerator and offers everything you need for hassle-free self-catering. The separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink adds a functional and modern touch to the apartment.
