Welcome to “Heu22,” a place where our lovingly designed holiday apartments await to make your stay a special experience. Each apartment offers its own private retreat, ideal for guests who are travelling together but still want to enjoy their own peace and quiet. The interior of the house has been extensively and beautifully renovated and now welcomes you with a bright, modern atmosphere that perfectly combines comfort and contemporary living. The apartments have been open to holidaymakers for the first time since the end of December and invite you to leave everyday life behind. Whether you’re a family, a group of friends, or a small party—the house offers the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. Upon request, multiple apartments can be booked together, allowing for a convivial, carefree stay for up to 14 people. Here you’ll find space to relax, enjoy yourself, and feel at ease—a temporary home where every moment counts.

Located on the second floor of the “Heu22” building is the “Heuboden” apartment, which, with approximately 46 m² of living space, offers generous room for up to four people. The apartment is located in the attic and pleasantly combines cosiness with modern living comfort. In particular, the bright living and dining area with exposed rafters creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and encourages you to spend time together. A cosy sofa provides a place to relax, while the modern kitchenette and dining and seating area for four people harmoniously complement the living space.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms. In the first bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) ensures restful nights. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 80 cm wide) and is particularly well-suited for children. A total of three televisions are available for entertainment—one in the living area and one in each of the two bedrooms. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet and blends functionally and stylishly into the apartment’s overall design. In addition, the apartment features a balcony with a mountain view, which pleasantly expands the living space and invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air. “Heuboden” is ideal for families who value comfort, space, and a cosy atmosphere while also wanting to enjoy the benefits of the “Heu22” house—a place to come home to and feel at ease.
