Newly furnished in 2017, this holiday home boasts a pleasant atmosphere in the centre of Crikvenica's old town. It is ideal for families with two children, as it can accommodate up to four people. The entrance is on the first floor, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant evenings. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a living area with a sofa. The cosy holiday home offers extras such as Wi-Fi, a barbecue and air conditioning. The car park is located on private property, 50 metres from the house. It is also possible to park your car in a garage. This is located in the village of Grizane, 5 km away.
