Enjoy a peaceful Breton retreat just 12 km from Rennes and less than an hour from the beaches of Cancale and Saint-Malo. Maison Sarah welcomes you to a bright, single-level home with a private garden and terrace—perfect for relaxing with family or as a couple.
The 90 m² house features 2 comfortable bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen with an electric coffee maker allows you to prepare your own meals. Wi-Fi, TV, CD player, and books create a warm, inviting atmosphere inside.
The private garden and terrace are ideal for enjoying beautiful Breton evenings. Parking is easy: one shared spot on the property and more spaces available on the street. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted.
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee.
Ideally located for exploring: Rennes (theater, opera, cinemas) is 12 km away, Mont-Saint-Michel less than an hour. Free highways make trips to Cancale, Saint-Malo, and the entire Breton coast easy.
