Le Canal "No doubt - this is worth visiting Rennes and surrounding magic cities like Dinard or Saint Malo. 🙂 Great location very close to the center, but far enough to have peaceful evenings. Underground parking very useful especially during heave rain :) 🙁 THere was no lighting in the neighborhood so we had to use mobiles as there was completely dark in the streets while coming back home late in the evening, but to make it clear - the area was safe."

Le Canal "We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which felt very cozy and adapted for our family needs. There is everything needed to cook comfortably, the high chair and baby bathtub were great plus for us. The apartment is in a modern and recently built building. Parking access is easy - no weird tiny parking space that can only fit a tiny car and also requires an expert driver to maneuver, which is very common in France. We also enjoyed the relaxing view on the canal Saint Martin and would have enjoyed for sure the balcony if we were in summer. Would happily book again!"

Le Canal "Logement parfaitement situé près d'un parc ( au top pour courir ou se balader) et à 15 mn à pieds du centre ville. Idéalement équipé, très propre, calme et très fonctionnel. Nous avons également apprécié de disposer d'une place de parking afin de laisser notre voiture et pouvoir profiter de la ville à pieds. Accueil au top avec une personne prenant le temps pour nous montrer le logement et à notre écoute . Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nous retournons sur Rennes."

Pour un deuxième séjour à Rennes, c'est une très belle découverte, je pense y revenir et je recommande. Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung (parkähnliche Anlage am Fluss), Altstadt von Rennes fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sejour agréable

Logement agréable, grand et fonctionnel. Belles chambres. Calme et propre. Proche ville. Parfait ! Il faut juste changer l'ampoule du miroir de la salle de bain.

Le Canal Séjour très agréable, appartement très joliment décoré, très propre, moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée, et tout le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour (dosettes café, liquide vaisselle etc...) ce qui permet de poser ses valises et de profiter tout de suite. Accueil très professionnel de la personne qui nous a accueillis.

Le Canal "Superbe appartement mais assez loin du centre ville 🙂 L’appartement était particulièrement propre et bien équipé. De surface très confortable et la décoration est soignée. Le prestataire chargé de l’accueil était aimable et professionnel, disponible du début à la fin du séjour par téléphone. 🙁 Indépendamment du logement lui même : La résidence est localisée assez loin du centre ville mais assez près de plusieurs bus. Le soir, une portion de rue entre l’arrêt de bus et la résidence était complètement noire, aucun éclairage de rue"
