Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the total cost of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

The house was built around 1890 and lovingly renovated in 1999. In 2005, a holiday rental for our guests was set up on the ground floor.

Parking: Please use the two large “Schiffbauerdamm” car parks, located about a 5-minute walk away.
