Located right on the beach, this residence is the perfect starting point for your holiday on Rügen. The building’s lift takes you directly from the underground car park to the beautiful penthouse. From the top floor, you can enjoy the magnificent view over Baabe and the Baltic Sea, which is just a stone’s throw away. The 85m² of living space includes a hallway, an open-concept living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 balconies/rooftop terraces available for plenty of sunbathing. A wide variety of restaurants and activities await you in the immediate vicinity of the penthouse. For more information, the staff at our agency will be happy to assist you.
