You are looking for sun, beach and sea? You would like to spend an unforgettable holiday in a very special atmosphere in one of the most beautiful places in Germany? You are expecting a high standard in your precious holiday season?

In our apartment in the newly built beach villa Baabe expect 70sqm, 2 floors with room for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms invite either with the huge king size box spring or two comfortable single beds. Whether you want to listen to the sound of the sea or just want to watch TV. It will be difficult for you to leave one of the cozy bedrooms.

But if you can do it, then surely only to experience the high-quality spa bath. Equipped with a large whirlpool, where two people can relax, and a combined bio / Finnish sauna, this bath will be sure to captivate you every night.

On the upper floor there is the cozy living / dining area with a high quality, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can spend cooking, eating, reading or playing evenings together. But maybe you just enjoy the absolute highlight of our apartment - the roof terrace.

The roof terrace adjoins seamlessly via a glass front to the living / dining area and is probably unique in this way. Thanks to the south-west location, you can enjoy the sun on your unseen sundeck on almost 20 square meters almost all day long. Sit back in the high-quality lounge furniture, enjoy the park view and the sound of the sea - it will never let you go. But that's not all: the terrace has an outdoor fireplace. This guarantees breathtaking evenings with flickering log fires.

Our entire apartment offers high-quality equipment and thanks to the noble furnishings in the "Hamptons style" you feel at home here from the first minute. With great attention to detail, we have not just created a holiday apartment, but a place that captivates you with its cozy ambience again and again in its spell.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Baabe, mit einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Sauna und Whirlpoolwanne.Die Treppe zur Küche / Wohnbereich ist für ältere Gäste nicht so günstig.Das Sofa im Wohnbereich ist für mein empfinden etwas zu klein, 2 Personen haben darauf Platz. Informationen vom Gastgeber waren super, wir hatten keine Nachfragen, wurde alles vorab top erklärt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, 2 min zum Strand.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, grosse Terasse mit Kamin, super Lage. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht und mehr. Ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher etc. Sauna, Whirlpool und der Kamin auf der Terasse geben totale Entspannung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

eine Fewo in wirklich perfekter Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen. alles vorhanden was man benötigt. von der Wohnung aus gibt es keinen Strandblick, die wunderschöne Terrasse hat einen Blick zur anderen Seite, man schaut auf viele Bäume und einen Parkplatz.Leider waren wir bei Ankunft nicht ganz mir der Sauberkeit in manchen Bereichen einverstanden, es wurde uns aber gleich Nachbesserung angeboten, was wir dann ablehnten und es selbst erledigt haben.Die Treppe ins OG ist wirklich steil und vielleicht wäre oben ein Griff noch hilfreich.Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist wirklich sehr eng, mit dem Combi musste ich schon ziemlich rangieren.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Durch den Aufzug im Haus können auch schwerere Einkäufe leicht zur Wohnung gebracht werden. Die Tiefgarage die eigentlich ganz schön und geräumig ist, kann aber leider von langen Autos (Kombi) durch die kurvige Einfahrt kaum genutzt werden. Wir sind einmal rein gefahren und haben dann das Auto stehen gelassen. In Baabe ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und Rügen kann gut mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder einem Fahrrad erkundet werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, hat eine sehr gute Lage, (nur wenige Schritte) zum Badestrand von Baabe...Ist perfekt ausgestattet Sehr, sehr sauber...Baabe hat gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten...Schwimmen, Radeln, Wandern ist sehr gut möglich...Mit dem Auto, Bus, Zug oder mit dem Schiff sind die anderen Badeorte gut erreichbar...Wir waren zum zweiten Male da und hatten ganz viele neue Möglichkeiten gefunden...

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es gibt leider nur vier Punkte, da es für eine 5*Unterkunft nicht wirklich akzeptabel ist, wenn nachts das warme Wasser abgestellt wird. Wir als Frühaufsteher, waren da sehr gehandicapt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Traumhaftester Traumurlaub!

Ein Wort: Wow! Liebe Familie Kannegiesser, wir hatten einen wirklich rundum perfekten (!!) Kurzurlaub und euer Strandloft verdient wirklich weitaus mehr als 10 Sterne! Von daher vergeben wir 100/10 Sternen! :) So eine saubere, gemütliche und wunderschöne Ferienwohnung haben wir in unseren 37/39 Lebensjahren noch nicht gesehen!! Die Ausstattung ist auch mehr als Premium (von A bis Z alles vorhanden, die Sauna und der Whirpool ein wahrer Traum, die großartige Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Kamin etc.) und sichtlich mit Liebe ausgewählt! Auch die Lage ist einfach nur großartig und perfekt für Spaziergänge, Stadtbummel und Joggingrunden an der Strandpromenade. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Strandloft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!! :) Herzlichst, Alex und Anuschka

Tolle Ferienwohnung, die Nähe zur See perfekt! Exzellente Ausstattung, vom Teelöffel übers Bügeleisen bis Fön...alles vorhanden! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei Fragen ist die Verwaltung zeitnah erreichbar. Danke an Frau Kannegießer :-). Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut.
