Just a stone's throw from the dike, our holiday home "Johanns Huus" in Greetsiel warmly welcomes you. Our charming, single-roofed house in the typical East Frisian style offers everything you need for a relaxing North Sea holiday across two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area with a sofa suite, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The exposed wooden beams give the house a warm, cosy charm and create a comfortable atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which leads out to the garden. Also located on the ground floor is the spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two bright bedrooms with double beds, which also offer a cosy feel thanks to the characteristic wooden ceiling. In addition to a reserved parking space, the house also has a storage shed in the garden. Thanks to its prime location, you’ll enjoy a quiet stay while still being close to the dike, so the harbour is just a short walk away.
* We’re happy to offer you our linens package for your stay, which includes made-up beds as well as towels (a bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) and costs €19.50 per person. You can add this to your booking under the “Your Rental Price” section. *
* Please note that there is a storage room in the garden containing two bicycles that are part of the house’s inventory. If you bring your own bicycles, they can be parked in the garden or on the terrace if there isn’t enough space in the storage room.*

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Kühlungsborn

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt, da nicht weit weg von Bäcker, Restaurants, Geschäften etc. Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten, die schnell vergehen, da man entlang der vielen Geschäfte läuft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Quartier, aber für Gehbehinderte nicht empfehlenswert !

Geschmackvolle FeWo, super Westbalkon, fehlt nichts, ausser Platz f. Besen, Eimer, etc. ( im Kleiderschrank?). Im Internet sollte angegeben sein, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und der Weg zum Strand für Gehbehinderte zu weit.Problem eher die Agentur: Keine Hilfe bei Wegbeschreibung , bzw. Parken in der sehr ungewöhnlichen Tiefgarage ( fehlende oder kaum lesbare Hinweisschilder/ Erklärungen ). Jemand hatte zudem an falschen Ketten gezogen, das Tor versperrt. Der AB der Agentur gibt falsche Bürozeiten an ( ab 9.00 Uhr), erreicht habe ich erst um 10.15 jemanden, als ich persönlich hinging.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir, als kleine Familie hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn. Die FeWo war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Tiefgaragen Situation ist etwas merkwürdig und selbst mit unseren Kombi war dies leider etwas schwieriger, jedoch ist dies in der FeWo Beschreibung vermerkt. Zu Fuß war der Strand gut erreichbar und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind top. Das einzige was zu erwähnen wäre ist, dass man in der Beschreibung auf das Handling der Tiefgarage mit den 2 Ebenen hinweist und evtl. einenTipp für Ausweichparkplätze gibt, wenn man die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen kann.
