The house by the harbour is very centrally located, just a few steps back from the waterfront. It’s only a few steps to the town centre. The holiday home is equipped to accommodate up to 5 people. Come on in to this quaint, cosy house! The bathroom is right at the front. It features light-colored tile flooring and a large walk-in shower. From the hallway, you’ll find the separate, modern kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. From here, you can access the back of the house through a patio door. Right next door is the large dining room. A round table with chairs and a long bench invite you to enjoy cosy evenings. The old fireplace may not be used for fire safety reasons. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. At the far end of the house, a hallway leads to the living room, which features a sofa set, a wingback chair, and a flat-screen TV. From there, you can step out onto the patio. Here, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the peace and quiet. On the upper floor, there is a small bathroom. Through the upper hallway, you’ll reach the connecting room, which has a single bed. Behind it is another bedroom with two single beds. The upper level has vinyl flooring. Your dog is also welcome! Wi-Fi is available!

SPECIAL FEATURES
The holiday home stands out for its location, as it is situated in the second row directly next to Greetsiel Harbour. It’s about 100 steps to the town centre and the harbour. The property is in a very quiet and idyllic setting. The cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The access lane to the house is a bit narrow, but you can reach the property with caution. Key pickup for your holiday rental takes place on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. or by telephone arrangement.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Upon request, these can be ordered for a fee: €10.00 per set of bed linens, €5.00 per set of towels (payment on site). The linens will be placed in a laundry bag inside the property.
