This beautiful and well-maintained holiday apartment complex is located on a small cul-de-sac, a 1-minute walk from the main shopping street, Strandstraße, with its many boutiques, souvenir shops, cafés, and restaurants.
A cosy new double bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime (own account required), a DVD player, a stereo system, and floor-to-ceiling windows create an excellent holiday atmosphere.
From the adjacent dining area, you have direct access to the large rooftop terrace facing southwest.
The fully equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, toilet, and custom-fitted cabinets also offers access to the rooftop terrace.
For our youngest guests, a high chair and a foldable cot are included in the apartment. A children’s playground is within easy walking distance.
Parking space No. 54 is available for you in the underground garage.
The underground garage has double parking spaces; please make sure your car is no taller than 1.50 m, longer than 5.00 m (due to the car’s design, the length is less than 5.00 m), and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.
The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.

If your car is too large or too heavy for this parking space, the only option available is paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter car park.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.

Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
