The studio combines rural charm with modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy alcove bed and air conditioning via a cooling ceiling ensure a pleasant stay all year round – whether it’s a short break for two or a workation with views of the countryside. Thanks to its accessible design – a walk-in shower and threshold-free access – it is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

This modern one-bedroom flat is furnished to a high standard and thoughtfully designed. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

The accommodation is situated on the grounds of Hexenburg – a historic four-sided farmstead near Dresden, offering plenty of nature, peace and quiet, and a unique atmosphere. Natural ponds, paddocks and extensive green spaces make this the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:
Our historic four-sided farmstead is being lovingly restored, step by step. Some outdoor areas are still under construction – though this will not affect your stay. The prices already reflect this stage of development.
The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to our guests by phone and online every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In addition, there is almost always someone on site at Hexenburg during the day should you need any assistance.
Riding lessons and trail rides can be arranged flexibly, and in some cases at short notice, directly with our riding instructor.
