Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Located in a prime spot, just a few minutes’ walk from Wismar’s market square and right on Wismar’s main promenade, you’ll find our newly renovated and exclusively furnished holiday apartment “Am Boulevard” (74 m²) for up to 2 adults + 1 child. With 74 m² of living space, you’ll find all the comforts you’d expect on holiday. You’ll be staying on Altwismarstraße, a well-known shopping street, just a few metres from Wismar’s historic market square with its shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Parking information
Altwismarstraße is accessible for unloading in the morning until 10 a.m. and in the evening starting at 6 p.m. Alternatively, you can park for a short time on Großschmiedestraße for a fee.
Afterwards, you can either use the paid car park about 450 metres away on Turmstraße or the free car park at the overpass, about 550 metres away.
