This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

Our small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old townhouse and offers the ideal setting for a short stay or a holiday lasting several days, allowing you to explore the many sights in and around Wismar.
With approximately 35 square metres of living space, you’ll find every comfort you need for a restful and relaxing holiday. Once you arrive, enjoy the convenience of leaving your car behind and feeling right at home in the historic centre of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Wismar’s market square, with its cafes and restaurants, is just a short 2-minute walk away, and the Old Harbour, with its sailing ships and occasional cruise ships, is a 10-minute walk away.

Parking: Please use the large, free “Weidendamm-Schiffbauerdamm” car park, located about a 5-minute walk away.
Right near the holiday rental, cosy restaurants, ice cream parlours, and bars invite you to linger. Wismar and its historic Old Town are an UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the well-known TV series “Soko Wismar.” There are numerous sights in the old town for you to explore.
The modern Wonnemar water park with its huge sauna area, the Mumpitz children’s play paradise, and visits to the zoo or the Phantechnikum are just a few of the highlights for young and old alike.
Trips to the beautiful Baltic Sea coast and the nearby seaside resorts (Boltenhagen, Poel, Kühlungsborn) are equally recommended. If you’d like to get some exercise here, leave the car behind and take a bike ride along the *Baltic Sea Cycle Route*, past blooming rapeseed fields along the picturesque Baltic Sea coast.
