Our gîte, "La Noirmoutrine," is set in a renovated traditional Noirmoutier farmhouse, La Ferme des 5 Chemins, preserving its authentic charm with the original fireplace and bread oven. Located less than a 10-minute walk from the port of Noirmoutier, the gîte offers both street and garden entrances, ensuring your independence and peace.
Enjoy the garden, where a picnic area is reserved for you. This charming, single-storey gîte covers 35 m² and features a living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom, and a walk-in shower room.
The living room, with its original fireplace, includes a lounge area with sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining space. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, multifunction oven, coffee maker, Thermomix, cookware, and tableware for 2 to 3 guests.
The bedroom offers a quality 160 cm bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, and shower products.
Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on site for an extra fee.
