With over 100 square meters of space, the apartment feels spacious and airy. Thanks to high-quality Bauhaus design elements, an exclusive, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace, you can enjoy the seaside to the fullest. In the bedrooms, luxurious box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and Netflix access provides entertainment for the whole family, as each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The apartment is rented out as a pet-free and smoke-free property. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment. In addition to a fully equipped vacation apartment, you’ll also have access to an utility room with a washing machine and beach toys for children.

Our Haus Stubnitz exudes its very own charm thanks to its proximity to the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which runs from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again beyond the “Red Wall.” Haus Stubnitz features a direct passage to the beach for our guests. Our agency, Prora.com,, is also located at the front of the building, on the gable end, where we extend a very warm welcome to our guests.
