Amenities

This beachfront 2-roomapartment on the 2nd floor, with approximately 60 square metres of living space, is located right in the centre of Boltenhagen and is ideal for 2–4 guests.

The comfortable and tastefully furnished living and sleeping area offers a comfortable sofa bed, a reading nook, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and direct access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony.

The separate kitchen, featuring a dining table and a large kitchenette, is furnished in a timeless and equally comfortable style. Whether it’s a sandwich toaster, pasta, or pizza plates, everything you need is provided. Here, you can also enjoy listening to music and the news while having breakfast, thanks to the modern radio (which connects via Wi-Fi).

The bedroom features a box-spring bed and a large closet for your clothes.
The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet. The entryway is also invitingly furnished.

Special Features

A high chair is available free of charge for young guests in this non-smoking apartment. Feel free to use the additional modern Tassimo coffee machine in the kitchen (you’ll need to provide your own capsules). The windows in the living area and bedroom are equipped with fly screens.

Bicycles

To the left of the house, there is a screened-off storage area (without a roof) for your bicycles [&] Co. It is lockable and accessible to all residents of the house.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to 3 guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
