The apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached via a maximum of 2 steps if necessary, otherwise via an iron staircase from the car park.
Parking available in front of the house. Various supplies are available in the hallway for both holiday apartments (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and many other household items)
Pets allowed upon consultation; max. 1 pet. Wi-Fi available
Terrace: Garden furniture and a patio umbrella are provided; accessible from the apartment via the hallway
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and dining area for 2 people. (Several other appliances can be found in the hallway, such as a waffle maker, etc.)
Living room: with one step, couch with side table, reading chair, window with garden view, TV
Bedroom: Double bed (2x 100m x 200m) with open footboard, window overlooking the garden, closet and chest of drawers, mirror and bench, equipped with blackout curtains; no roller shades
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity with mirror cabinet, toilet, small window facing the terrace,



The holiday home, which used to be the Neunkirchen Mill, has been converted into two holiday apartments. These apartments feature a blend of old and modern furnishings. From the outside, the house still retains its historic character. The spacious property surrounding the house offers the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. Our holiday home is the perfect starting point for leisurely walks, hikes, bike rides, or day trips.



On-site costs: The rental price is per night for 2 people; each additional person costs 25€. The rate includes all utilities. Cleaning is included in the rental price. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure or as arranged with us. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement; we charge a daily fee of €10 for this. Smoking is not permitted. The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during the stay. Regarding the cancellation policy: you may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. A deposit of 90% is due 14 days in advance.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
