Its ideal location in the heart of Carnac allows you to do everything on foot within a perimeter of 1 km around the house. The villa is quiet, in the middle of an enclosed garden with trees of 600 m2, at the bottom of a private dead end (ideal for children). South-facing terrace. Rental possible all year round (week and weekend).

Séjour idyllique dans une maison charmante et très bien équipée pour recevoir une famille avec des petits enfants et bébés. On fait tout à pied, la plage, les commerces, etc. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

La maison était confortable, bien équipée, propre et calme (au fond d'une impasse). Le jardin était également très agréable avec des jeux pour les enfants. Il est facile de se rendre aux commerces de proximité.Le seul bémol, le séjour était un peu petit pour 10 personnes mais comme le beau temps était là, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. A recommandé !

Schönes, traditionelles Haus mit großem Garten in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit zwei Familien in dem Haus von Philipp. Das Haus liegt zentral mit relativ kurzen wegen zum Zentrum von der Altstadt von Carnac und zum Strand (mit dem Fahrrad 5-10 Minuten, sonst länger). Es gibt eine tolle Ausstattung für Kinder (2 Babybetten, Kinderstuhl, Sppielzeug im Garten und drinnen) und insbesondere der Garten ist für Aufenthalte mit Kindern top! Vielen Dank, dass wir das Haus mieten durften!

Un séjour au top !

3 jours entre amis et famille. Nous étions 11 au total, de 14 à 62 ans et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. La maison est parfaite pour nous, le jardin également et tout est à portée de pieds ! Pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage de Légenèse, au marché du dimanche matin, à la boulangerie ou sur Carnac Plage. Footing, baignade, longe-côte, balades, shopping, vélo, pêche à pieds, quel bonheur. A l'unanimité, nous reviendrons !

Charmante maison bretonne avec accès plage à pied

Nous avons séjourné en famille lors du week end de l ascension, le temps était magnifique, la maison est bien équipée, la literie confortable et le jardin clôturé était un plus avec des enfants en bas âge. Le marché (mercredi, dimanche) est accessible à pied ainsi que la plage. Il y a une bonne boulangerie à proximité et un Super U dans la ville. Je recommande cette maison un moment convivial entre amis ou en famille.

Schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Haus, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Nur sollte im Inserat darauf hingewiesen werden, dass sich zwei der Badezimmer (Duschen) in der Garage befinden und somit im Obergeschoss für drei Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer (nur eine Toilette) zur Vergügung steht!

Location biennadaptee a 2 adultes et 4 enfants

Nous avions le plaisir d'avoir nos 4 petits enfants (4,5, 7 et 8 ans) en vacances à Carnac Cette location est parfaitement adaptee à cette configuration, maison tres propre, situee au calme mais toutefois un tout petit peu loin pour aller à pied à la plage avec des petits. Jardin agréable et ombragé, jeux enfants...donc super sur ce point. Rien à dire de l'équipement de la maison qui est nickel. Propreté irréprochable et contact très agréable et très facile avec le propriétaire. Bref tout etait reuni pour un bon séjour et quand la météo s'y met on y est très très bien.

Hübsches Häuschen, toller Garten

Für unseren Urlaub zu viert war es prima! Super Lage, perfekt für Strandurlaub und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Auch wenn es mehr Betten gibt: Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind meiner Meinung nach jeweils für 4 Personen ausgelegt.

Proche des plages et du parc Césarine (jardin public avec aire de jeux)

Superbes souvenirs : les petits enfants se sont bien amusés avec les jeux extérieurs (balançoire, toboggan, et petite maison) de la location . Temps formidable pour aller à la plage (à pied ou à vélo) toute proche. A ne pas manquer les alignements de Carnac.

Très agréables vacances familiales

Emplacement top, la voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour aller au centre de Carnac ou à la plage. Nous avons bien profité du magnifique jardin avec nos petits-enfants. Intérieur rustique mais très bien entretenu.

Bel Emplacement

Maison fort bien placée très tranquille au bout d'une impasse à 700m de la plage ou du centre de Carnac ville et de son marché, ou à 500 m de Carnac côté plage. Pour y aller on emprunte à pied des petites ruelles sans beaucoup de circulation un avantage quand on a des enfants en bas âge ou une poussette. La maison est simple en décoration mais très fonctionnelle et très propre avec beaucoup d'ustensiles et un jardin bien sympathique pour les jeux des enfants ou le farniente des plus grands. Accueil sympa et petits présents à l'arrivée. Location que je recommande pour passer de bons moments.

Family holiday

We all had a good time, there were seven of us 6 adults and a 3 year old, who had a great time in the garden on the swing, in the Wendy house and a little bike around the garden. Good location for all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Carnac is a lovely place.
