The finca "Mondrago" is situated on a dreamlike 14,500 m² plot surrounded by palm trees. It is an oasis for families and couples looking for peace, relaxation and freedom of movement. The property is surrounded by natural stone walls so that you can enjoy unrestricted privacy. Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the beautiful surroundings. In the nature park you will encounter rabbits, rare birds and a variety of plants and old trees. The landscaped garden is a wonderful place to relax and play under large palm trees.
The finca has a 10 metre long, chlorine-free swimming pool, which is great for swimming. The pool terrace, paved with Santanyi stones, invites you to sunbathe afterwards. The well-tended palm tree garden and the three large, covered terraces adjoin it. A cosy breakfast terrace with a seating area, a south-facing terrace for sunbathing all day and dining together and a west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun with a sundowner. A brick barbecue adjoins the terraces. On the 8 x 12 metre artificial turf pitch, there is space for the whole family to play football, let off steam or enjoy a relaxing round of yoga. A basketball hoop, a boules court and a table tennis table also invite you to play a match.
The interior of the finca is modern and tastefully furnished. The deliberate use of wood, combined with cream and white tones and complemented by furnishings and crockery from the Santanyi region, creates a modern, feel-good atmosphere. The house has two air-conditioned double bedrooms with shower room (one en suite), which were completely refurbished in 2023, a spacious, very well-equipped kitchen and an adjoining, open-plan living/dining room (also air-conditioned).
