The villa "Can Matxet" is a perfect example of a Mallorcan holiday home that combines authentic charm with modern comfort. The villa is situated on a gently sloping site, surrounded by a low hill, and offers breathtaking views from numerous outdoor seating areas.







The garden with almond, olive and citrus trees blends seamlessly into the natural landscape, even within the stone wall. Striking coffee tables and sturdy stone benches are scattered across the sun-drenched terraces, while aluminium loungers provide the perfect place to relax after a dip in the azure pool. Two cardio machines are available for fitness enthusiasts. Enjoy a barbecue at the modern dining table under the covered terrace. The roof terrace offers unforgettable views of the landscape, perfect for stargazing while listening to the soothing sounds of crickets and feeling the warm breeze.



Inside, the villa continues to impress with its mixture of light-coloured floors, exposed brickwork and wooden elements. The spacious living and dining areas are complemented by a separate kitchen with coffee-coloured furniture. Three double bedrooms share two stylish bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The medieval town of Artà with its farmers' market on Tuesdays and Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, are ideal for shopping and are only a short drive away. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Marcal or dreamlike natural beaches such as Cala Varques are only 15 kilometres away.
