About this property
Luxury chalet, new high-quality furnishings, fiberglass, pool, distant view, close to the beach
Private pool, near the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / 1 guest toilet
This beautiful new building has been in our possession since 2014.
It has a private pool with garden and covered terrace with sun awning and lounge, 2 sun loungers, garden shower and grill, which invites you to relax and linger.
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on a nature reserve, which offers a breathtaking view of nature conservation from the covered balcony and the terrace.
The two beautiful bays of the town (Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila) can be reached in about 7 minutes (about 700m). Here you can rent umbrellas and couches for a fee. There is also a restaurant on both bays with a toilet directly on the beach (also not available for guests of the restaurants). Within walking distance you can reach the town center in a few minutes. a. with some bars / restaurants (e.g. Fifteen, Cactus Bar, Sa Cala Beach, Vista Romantica), small supermarkets and shops, bakeries (e.g. S ´aval), a pharmacy and a car rental.
In the upper area of the house you will find the living room with an open dining area for 8 people and direct access to the balcony, also a dining area for 8 people with a wonderful view.
The kitchen (with coffee bar, dishwasher and much more) and a separate guest toilet are on the same floor.
On the lower floor, the three bedrooms, which all have direct access to the pool, invite you to refresh in the morning. In addition to a double bed and a spacious dressing area, the master bedroom has direct access to a bathroom. The other rooms have a double bed or two single beds. A cot is also available. Furthermore, there is a second bathroom and a utility room in the lower area (including a Washing machine, drying rack).
The terrace with lounge furniture and seating has large awnings so that there is always a shady spot even in midsummer.
The chalet has free WiFi, air conditioning and IR heaters, as well as two parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Therefore, the house can be used all year round, because in addition to the air conditioning for cooling and heating that can be controlled separately in the living area and in the three bedrooms, it also has infrared heating (1x living-dining area / 3x infrared mirror in the main bathrooms and guest toilet).
On site, you will be given a personal introduction to the house by our house support when you hand over the keys. The caretaker is also available as a contact person during your stay on site.
We also use our dream house as a family regularly in every season.
We have through the complete offer described (including Private pool, near the beach, gorgeous bays, modern house, local service) acquired a little piece of paradise, so that you will not only be amazed by this beautiful house and the great location, but also by the first-class care on site.
Annotation:
We have a rental license for our house, so you can be sure that it is a legal rental of the property on the one hand and the security and minimum standards prescribed by the government on the other.
The tourist tax of the Balearic Islands (Ecotasa) is already included in the rental price, so you do not have to fear any additional costs as stated.
Location and surroundings
The dragon caves (Cuevas des Drach) and the town of Porto Cristo with its idyllic marina, numerous restaurants (e.g. Quince, Vibes), shops and larger supermarkets (Eroski, Hyper).
In about 10 minutes drive you can reach Cala Millior with its long sandy beach, panoramic path on the beach and numerous shops and restaurants.
Manacor, the third largest city on the island, is only 12 km away and invites you to a stroll.
Mallorca - Worth a vacation in every season
Mallorca has a lot to offer in every season, even outside the summer months:
