A very modern bedroom with plenty of space awaits you on the ground floor, from which you have direct access to the terrace. The adjoining bathroom is decorated in cream-coloured shades and chic marble and has both a hydromassage bathtub and a shower. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and welcome you with very tasteful furnishings. From here you have direct access to the balconies, all of which are furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. Spacious wardrobes and chests of drawers are ideal for storing your holiday wardrobe or recently purchased souvenirs. Two further bathrooms invite you to enjoy a soothing bath or a refreshing shower. The first-class fitness studio is equipped with several machines, a punching bag and a table tennis table. Here you can work off your energy and then cool off in the large pool.



Villa Es Forn Fumet is situated in a rural location near the town of Portocolom. Here you will find numerous bars, cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a great view of the picturesque harbour. In addition to the classic fishing boats, there are also some impressive sailing yachts. The paradisiacal beaches of Cala Murada, Cala Tropicana, Cala Marçal and Platja de S'Arenal are within easy reach and the Vall D'Or golf course is just a few minutes' drive away. At the weekly market in Felanitx, you can browse for souvenirs for those back home or indulge in the local culinary delights. Back at the villa, you will not only enjoy perfect privacy in the midst of idyllic nature, but also a breathtaking view of the turquoise-coloured sea. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. Air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to the period from 12:00 to 21:00 in the living area and from 20:00 to 08:00 in the bedrooms. In the winter months, heating is also included in the price for 10 hours a day, after which the fee is charged in cash on site.
