The villa is equipped with two air-conditioning units to keep the house cool and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one upstairs with a relaxing massage bathtub.
Outside you will find a private 30 m² swimming pool with 6 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. An outdoor dining area and a charcoal grill invite you to enjoy long summer evenings.
For fun and entertainment, the villa offers a PlayStation 4, board games, table football, and darts. Covered parking for up to 4 cars and an electric vehicle charging station are available.
