Strandjuwel WE 224 Residence: Modern 3-room apartment near the beach

The modern, bright 3-room apartment 224 (approx. 43 m²), located on the 1st floor of Building B (no lift) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway—which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and chest of drawers—you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The modern and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, a display cabinet, and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 3 m² balcony (facing north) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern smart TV as well as a Sonoro compact stereo system featuring internet radio, a CD player, DAB+, Bluetooth, and much more. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games) as well as several books are also provided.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a bench, and a spacious closet.

The separate and additional second bedroom (children’s room) features a comfortable bunk bed (80 cm x 200 cm) for 2 people, bedside lamps, a closet, and a children’s table with 2 chairs.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms also have blackout curtains.

The bathroom, modernised in 2024, features a low-entry glass shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a large wall mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the entryway closet (with a chest of drawers and wall mirror) in the apartment’s hallway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 224) assigned to your apartment in the courtyard of the residential complex. You can also park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
