This cosy holiday apartment is located just a few metres from the beach and the town centre. The many cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, as well as the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, are just a few minutes’ walk away. A bakery for your morning rolls is just a few steps away. You’ll be staying in a great location for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday with the family.

Amenities

The 2-room holiday apartment is equipped for 3 people. It is located on the ground floor and features a terrace and a small, west-facing garden area. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a dining area. This room also features a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm). The Scharbeutz holiday rental also includes a bright shower room with underfloor heating.

Special Features

The entire holiday rental can be darkened using exterior blinds. Wi-Fi with an unlimited data plan is available free of charge. There is a laundry room in the basement of the neighbouring building, where a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. There is a bike storage room in the basement (accessible only via stairs) for your bicycles, as well as several outdoor bike racks. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.)
An outdoor parking space is included with this apartment. Pets are not allowed here. This is a non-smoking holiday rental.

The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a tea towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
