The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom on each floor, TV, and washing machine. For families, there is 1 crib, 1 high chair, and a capsule coffee machine. Step out to the private garden, open terrace, and 2 private balconies. The complex offers 2 outdoor pools with modern saltwater cleaning systems and communal gardens. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Free street parking is available around the community. One pet is allowed per stay for an additional fee. You have access to a shared storage room for bikes and 2 bicycles are available. Beach towels are provided. Events are not permitted. Airport and train station transfers are available for an extra fee. The duplex is 900 m from the beach and 300 m from the center, supermarkets, and leisure area. Enjoy the warm saltwater lagoon and a 3 km promenade. The area offers water sports, cycling, hiking trails, festivals, carnivals, and markets. Please respect the community rules during your stay.

Nice location, lovely communal pool

Pros: House was adequate for what we needed, enjoyed use of pool Cons: Pool was lovely but some other residents need to chill out, clearly don’t like holiday makers and families using the pool when they are, complained about us being in their way, the pool is big enough for many people and they just seemed to huff and asked us to move when we were in their way of swimming. The house was nice enough but has much more potential, some upgrades would make it much nicer. Nicer furniture on the roof terrace to sit would be lovely and a shade too, remove the sealant in bathroom downstairs and replace as it was moldy. These things didn’t affect our stay as such but just would have made for a nicer experience.
