About this property

Modern mansion with garden and platio around 100m to the bay

Are you looking for a holiday home with direct access to the sea? From Ti Michel, it's only about 100 meters on foot to the bathing bay and several restaurants. This completely new building is a truly beautiful, picture-perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, and dogs are very welcome. The house has a modern and well-designed layout. It features a spacious living area with an open-plan modern kitchen and a small bar. A sofa and dining table are integrated into the living area, and a large sliding door leads directly from the terrace to the garden. Ti Michel was completely rebuilt in 2026 and is therefore very modern. In the 400m² garden (not fully fenced), in addition to garden furniture, there is also a small inflatable jacuzzi (please note it is only heated from May 15th to September 15th).

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit einer top Lage. Man ist in kurzer Zeit zu verschiedenen Stränden gelaufen und auch die Hafenpromenade mit diversen gastronomischen Möglichkeiten wie Restaurants und eine fantastische Eisdiele ist fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Einrichtung ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Abwicklung durch Herrn Weber. Er spricht natürlich Deutsch, was eine große Vereinfachung für uns Deutsche ist und er ist super nett und hilfsbereit in allen Themen. Schon vor der Reise hat er für alle Fragen eine Lösung gehabt. Wir sind jedenfalls von ihm und dem Haus total begeistert.
