This idyllic holiday flat, in a quiet location, is situated in Neßmersiel. The flat is at ground level, has its own entrance, its own terrace and a large garden. Dogs are also very welcome here and can romp around with your furry friend, throw a ball and much more. If your dog barks, so what, no problem, because your dog also wants to communicate and he or she has certainly earned a wonderful time out.
With a living space of approx. 45 m², you have a spacious living room and bedroom, a kitchen with kitchenette and cosy dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet at your disposal. The living area has a spacious seating area, a satellite TV (free streaming via Prime Video) and a stereo system. There is also a double bed (160 x 200 cm) for sleeping. The spacious kitchenette offers, for example, a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a cooker, an extractor bonnet, a microwave, a hand blender, a kettle, an egg boiler and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with mirror and shelf, as well as a window. There is also a separate toilet with a window. Fly screens on the windows and door are a matter of course. Smokers are also welcome, which is no longer common nowadays. Internet access and your own landline telephone with your own number are available free of charge during your stay. An occupancy with three persons is possible on request. An extra bed would then be provided.
The spacious terrace (approx. 100 square metres) with covered outdoor seating and, if required, a variable windbreak door invites you to relax. We offer two separate seating areas with cushions. Comfortable loungers with sun protection and a barbecue round off the offer. The terrace and the free run for the dogs are fenced in, as some pelt-noses would otherwise bark: "I'm off then" - dogs that don't run away can of course go outside the fence. Parking at the house is a matter of course.
For fishing enthusiasts, there are maps of suitable waters. The holiday flat offers a freezer for the catch, a smoking oven is of course also on site. Additional information for a great holiday can be found in an information folder in the holiday flat. As already described, pets are allowed.
You can do your shopping or visit a café or restaurant in Neßmersiel. Hiking and cycling tours are also possible. The beach and the sea are around two kilometres away.
