Holiday Home "Can Bodeguita" with Wi-Fi, AC, Pool, Balcony & Terrace
We offer you a two-storey home in a quiet neighborhood of a small village in central Mallorca. You can easily reach any part of the island: beach, mountains, shopping, and entertainment are all just a short drive away. Enjoy wonderful moments in your private pool and patio with a covered porch. The many amenities and privileged setting will make your stay unforgettable. A crib and high chair for 2 babies are included.
The detached house offers 180 m² with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen, and an outdoor patio with private pool, porch, and barbecue.
Outside, you’ll find a private pool, barbecue, sun loungers, and a spacious covered porch with outdoor table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe (60x200 cm), and seasonal bedding.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe (60x200 cm), and seasonal bedding.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe (60x200 cm), and seasonal bedding.
Bedroom 4 – Annex: 1 double bed (140x200 cm), wardrobe (60x200 cm), and seasonal bedding.
The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, and satellite and antenna TV.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, electric coffee maker, and all daily kitchenware.
There are three bathrooms—two upstairs and one downstairs. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. There is a bathtub and a shower tray (the ground-floor bathroom has only a shower tray).
