Beautiful country house for 4 people, with salt pool, located in the village of Binissalem.
On the porch, which overlooks the salt pool (8x4m and 0.80 to 2.50m deep), you can enjoy authentic evenings accompanied by a tasty dinner prepared on the large electric griddle. Around the pool there are two sun loungers.

The house has a wonderful open living room, where you can watch satellite TV or listen to some music. The kitchen, equipped with gas hob, has a very original style that contrasts with the Mallorcan character of the house. It has two bedrooms, both with wardrobe, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and another with two single beds. there is also a second shared bathroom with shower. A crib and highchair are available in the house for a baby. The house has a fan available and a pellet stove in the living room. There is a separate area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Binissalem is charming village of approximately 7,000 inhabitants, with all the necessary amenities and well connected to the highway. There are few nice restaurants and bars with terrace, ideal for dining accompanied by a bottle of good wine from the own vineyards of the village, with Designation of Origin. Every Friday morning, between 8:00 and 15:00 pm, there is a market on the Church square, where the people enjoy to buy the local products, high quality vegetables, fruits and cheeses.

In just 20-25 minutes driving you will reach Playa de Palma or, if you prefer, in 45 minutes you can reach the Port of Sóller, one of the most charming villages on the island. We recommend you to visit the villages of the Sierra de Tramuntana, with incredible views, where you will also find good restaurants to eat an exquisite paella.

Infrastruktur und Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Leider mussten wir diverse Mängel feststellen. Der Pool war ausser Betrieb und mit schmutzigem Restwasser gefüllt. Auch ist die Pellet-Heizung ausgestiegen. Als Ersatz gab es Heizstrahler und ein Holz-Cheminée, welche aber dazu führten, dass die Elektrizität regelmässig ausstieg und das Haus nach Rauch gestunken hat. Das Haus war staubig, die Böden z.B. unter den Betten sowie die Fenster schmutzig. Mein Partner und ich hatten beide Stiche, welche eindeutig nicht von Mücken stammten. Wir vermuten Bettwanzen, da wir dieses Problem schon mal hatten. Schade, denn das Haus wäre für uns Radfahrer sehr gut gelegen, sonnig/hell und bietet die nötige Privatheit. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche ist - mit Ausnahme - von "Puffschubladen" i.O. In diesem Haus sollte man mal entrümpeln, dann wäre auch die Sauberkeit besser zu gewährleisten.

Diese Finca ist in einer schönen Lage und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Leider wird sie aber nicht mehr richtig gepflegt und gewartet. Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet und spiegeln nicht den aktuellen Zustand. Durch einen verkehrenden Zug und bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft ist es teilweise laut. Geruchsbelästigung in einem Badezimmer, Fernseher fehlte

Loved our finca in Binissalem

Das Haus ist wirklich super, vor allem der Poolbereich ist toll. Man hat viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und den ganzen Tag Sonne pur. Die Lage ist wirklich toll für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und der Ort selbst ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Auch die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet, Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen und das Haus bietet viel Platz. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten für die Nächsten Besucher: In der Nähe fährt ein Zug, der häufig hupt/läutet, bevor er vorbei fährt. Positiv natürlich, dass man hier auch viel mit dem Zug unterwegs sein kann. Der Hausmeister kam ca. 2 Mal die Woche unangekündigt vorbei, um Gartenarbeiten zu machen. Er war sehr, sehr nett, aber eben unangekündigt. Und wir schon häufig hier erwähnt - viele Mosquitos ! ;)

Wir waren 2 Paare und es war völlig ausreichender Platz im Haus / Schlafzimmer und auch im Aussenbereich.Toller sauberer Pool, tolle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool. Kein Mücken Schutz an Fenstern, selber gebastelt. Keine Klimaanlage. Eiswürfelmaschine ist top. Kohlegrill benötigt viel Kohle, 1 Sack für 4 Personen. Besonders gut:Hausmeister Manu kommt alle paar Tage vorbei und kümmert sich um Garten und Pool. Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp möglich bei Fragen, dann kommt er sofort vorbei und kündigt sich auch an. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Man sieht, dass sich hier jemand mit Liebe um jedes Detail gekümmert hat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und wir vermissten nichts. Zumindest über die Osterferien waren keine Stechviecher zu finden. Toll!

Huset var välutrustat och det fanns allt som behövdes

Huset var lite svårt att hitta trots vägbeskrivning. Städningen var bra i huset och poolen städades två gånger per vecka. Poolen var helt fantastisk och bilderna på objektet stämde väl med verkligheten. Sängarna var dock rätt obekväma och tyvärr fanns endast en fläkt när det var varmt. Hyresvärden hade ett fint välkomnande och kom förbi några gånger för att se så att allt var bra. Ett hus att rekommendera. Ligger fint inbäddat av vinodlingar, citronträd och fikonträd. Tack för en trevlig semester, i ett fint hus och en fin pool. Vi uppskattade att ni kom förbi och pratade och bjöd på vin trots att vi inte riktigt förstod allt ni sa (på spanska). Får vi komma med ett tips på förbättringar så vore det uppskattat om gruset intill poolen ersattes med gräs och kanske tex ett pingisbord. Och att sängarna byttes ut. Vi skulle dock gärna komma tillbaka!

We used Google maps to arrive

We used Google maps to arrive, BUT google maps took us to the incorrect location around 1km away. We were extremely fortunate that there were gardeners at the incorrect location who advised us how to arrive, if not for these kind strangers we woould not have arrived. The kitchen cookware is old and unclean. The wifi does not arrive in most of the house. The shower head in the main bedroom is broken. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Domizil am Rande eines svhönen malloquinischen Städtchens

Lage am Ortsrand, Grundstück großzügig und uneinsehbar mit schönem Pool. Haus mallorquinisch ausreichend ausgestattet. Binissalem ist ein schöner kleiner Ort, hat für diese Größe mehrere gute Restaurants, die fast alle um den Marktplatz gelegen sind. Dort gehen auch ausreichend Einwohner essen. Die Gartenanlage ist gut gepflegt, natürlicher Schatten ist nicht vorgesehen, Terrasse ab nachmittags. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung, das Doppelbett ist eigentlich nur von einer Person benutzbar, da mittig völlig durchgelegen, die Federn drücken in allen Betten durch. WLAN-Informationen sind weiterhin verwirrend, da per email nicht alle Daten angegeben werden und sich im Haus noch veraltete Namen und Passwörter befinden. Die Nachfrage per email ergab auch keine ausreichende Hilfe, so dass sich der Besitzer selbst zum Haus begeben musste. Dort war er, wir waren nicht anwesend, unserem erwachsenen Sohn nicht sehr freundlich gegenüber, machte eher den Eindruck, die Ursache der Verwirrung seien wir selbst. Die Kommunikation ging nur auf spanisch und war dabei nicht hilfreich. Auf den präsentierten Fotos online ist ein Hybrid-Grill groß abgebildet, links für Holzkohle und rechts für Gas. De facto ist der rechte Bereich nagelneu, da er noch nie benutzt wurde, es werden dafür keine Gasflaschen angeboten. Für mich als passioniertem Gasgriller eine irreführende Werbung. Mallorca hatte diese Jahr wohl ein Mückenproblem, warum aber nicht wenigstens die Schlafzimmer mit Insektennetzen ausgestattet sind (die einfachste, günstigste und ökologischte Lösung überhaupt) bleibt uns ein Rätsel. Zum Glück gibt es Bauhaus. Wurden während der 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes vom Gärtner und "Poolboy" einmal die Filter des Pools kontrolliert, bleibt uns völlig unverständlich, warum er ausgerechnet am Abend vor der Abreise zur Sundowner-Zeit erscheinen musste und die Reinigungsgeräte für den Pool anschleppte. Da wir selbst auch kurz zuvor von einem Ausflug zurück gekommen waren, haben wir natürlich erst einmal den Pool benutzt, worauf er mit einem benzinbetriebenen Laubbläser das Grundstück reinigte. Das geht gar nicht, dass kann er am Abreisetag machen, an dem man, nach ausliegenden Informationen, schon im Gegensatz zur online-Buchung um 8 Uhr das Haus verlassen haben sollte. Für uns war das kein Problem, da unser Rückflug früh war. Pooltücher lagen im Haus nicht aus! Die nahe liegende Bahn und der Alarm für die Beschrankung ist häufig und deutlich hörbar, nachts kein Bahnverkehr.

Urlaub in herrlicher Finca!

Die Finca ist toll, das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, sind die doch nicht mehr ganz so komfortablen Betten / Matratzen. Das Doppelbett ist für 2 Erwachsene viel zu klein. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand! Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich, der Pool ist super! Das Städtchen Binissalem ist fußläufig zu erreichen und noch sehr ursprünglich, einfach klasse! Besonders empfehlen können wir das Restaurant Esp´dal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gepflegte Aussenanlage, schöner Pool, im Haus Optimierungspotential

Es fehlen Sonnenschirme im Aussenbereich. Im Haus sollte die Dekoration überprüft werden, zahlreiche völlig vergilbte Wandbilder heben nicht gerade die Stimmung. Ein echtes Problem sind die Betten und Matratzen die alle erneuert werden sollten. Doppelbett in einem Schlafzimmer völlig unmöglich und nur von einer Person nutzbar, da kann man zu Zweit nur schlafen wenn man sich jeden Abend die Birne mit Sangria o.ä. zuknallt. Im anderen Schlafzimmer zwei zu kurze Einzelbetten mit total unbequemen Matratzen. Gutes schlafen im Urlaub ist wichtig, konnte hier nicht realisiert werden. Ein weiterer Störfaktor waren Mücken, leider gibt es an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern keine Mückengitter. Die Toilettenspülung in einem der Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Total wackeliger Esstisch auf der Terasse. Bei Ankunft fanden wir im Haus eine ganz süsse aber völlig ausgehungerte Katze vor die verzweifelt um Nahrung bettelte. Wir haben Futter gekauft und täglich mehrfach gefüttert da wir sonst vor lauter betteln um Nahrung keine Ruhe gehabt hätten. Die Finca ist schön, Binissalem war eine angenehme Überraschung mit guter Gastronomie und regem abendlichen Leben um die Kirche herum. Der Wein der örtlichen Winzerei VinsNadal ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Misstände in den der Unterkunft haben aber leider den Urlaubsgenuss geschmälert. Wir hätten uns auch über einige Hinweise zu den Geschäften in Binissalem gefreut. Der im Haus ausliegende W-LAN Code ist falsch, sollte auf den laminierten Seiten korrigiert werden.

super ausgestattet und sauber

Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Der Ort ist fußläufig innerhalb von einer viertelstunde zu erreichen. Die Agentur ist wie der Vermieter selbst hilfsbereit und nett. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es wierder buchen .
