Obacht beim Parken, die Stellplätze sind sehr eng. Obacht beim Ein. u. Ausfahren auf dem Parkplatz zur Villa Strandblick, auch diese ist extrem eng. Ansonsten eine der Besten, wenn nicht sogar die beste Lage und Aussicht in den Wohnungen zur Seeseite.
