Waterfront! Hot Tub!!

Roche Harbor Manor is nothing less than an elegant island getaway. From your first step in you’ll find beautiful tiled floors and a beautifully appointed living room with a stone surrounded propane fireplace. Look out to Neil Bay and the expansive deck for outdoor enjoyment just steps from the water's edge.

Enjoy catching up with family and friends in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The wonderful waterview dining room offers comfortable seating for 10.

The lower level offers two bedrooms. The main level primary suite boasts waterviews along with direct deck and hot tub access (Hot tub available at no charge May through September. During the off-season, the hot tub can be made available for a fee. Call the office for off-season hot tub use), a private propane fireplace, a king-sized bed, flat screen television with satellite service, and a primary bath that is sure to please. The spacious primary bath is complete with heated tile floors, dual sinks, relaxing soaking tub, and a spacious tiled shower. The second lower-level bedroom is furnished with 4 twin beds.

The comfort continues for the rest of your guests upstairs. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms enjoys waterviews, is furnished with a king sized bed, a flat screen television with satellite service, and has a private ensuite bathroom beautifully finished with tile and granite. One suite offers a tub/shower with tiled surround, while the other offers a spacious, tiled, walk-in shower. Also upstairs is great media room with waterview and private balcony. Read and relax or catch up on the days events watching the large, flat screen television.

Explore the waterfront of Neil Bay or walk to the nearby Isthmus beach and see the boats traveling in and out of Roche Harbor. Roche Harbor Manor is about a 1 mile walk to Roche Harbor Resort.

The hot tub is professionally serviced on a weekly basis.

Tranquil Roche Harbor residence

Beautiful, Comfortable Home

This home is lovely, from the views to the comfortable bedrooms to the well-appointed kitchen. Three of the bedrooms have nice views, and the fourth was perfect for our two girls who had their own twin beds and plenty of privacy. We only ate breakfasts at the house, but we were very impressed with the kitchen. We highly recommend the nearby Madrona Bar and Grill and McMillans in Roche Harbor! We also had a great meal at the Duck Soup Inn. This home is just as described, and we were grateful to be able to stay in such a lovely and comfortable place.

I lived on this island for 30 years and came back with all my family for a memorial. The house could not have been more perfect! Everything plus was there for our use and even with 10 of us we have plenty of room.The only glitch was that the ice maker didn’t work.Thank you for providing such great home!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious and had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the baby deer playing around the property. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home

We came to the San’s for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. The location was wonderful. The views and the beach were wonderful. Tide pools were fun for the little ones. The only suggestions that I would have for the future future is to provide more than one till per person. Maybe two Towels per person would be better. We needed to wash towels almost every day. And maybe include an extra set of sheets For the house.

Neil Bay House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The eight people in my group had a very good time on the island and at this property. The three king sized bedrooms slept six of us comfortably and the room with single beds worked for the other two. The downstairs master suite is huge and the door to the outdoor porch was perfect. We used the hot tub one night and it was great. The bay is not a bad location for getting into Roche Harbor and we saw lots of deer and bald eagles and other birds. The construction going on next door was a bit noisy and the biggest complaint would be the lack of sun on the outdoor seating areas. The house is not situated to receive sun in the morning or evening unless you are in the driveway. The kitchen was perfect, three dishwashers and lots of great cooking utensils. Over all it was a very good choice for us.

A Beautiful Place for a large family stay on the Water

This was quite spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. However, there was no Kleenex anywhere in the unit and with cold and damp weather, people will catch colds. They require you to take off your shoes when you enter - this should be in the conditions of stay as most of us did not pack slippers since we were unaware of the situation. Heated floors in the master bath was nice - wish we had known about them from the start - recommend a highlight card of unusual features in the unit. Hot tub was perfect with a nice view of the water. Rain head in the shower drips water - need to turn it on hot first so that it doesn't drip cold water while taking an otherwise warm shower. Wonderful views from the deck and unit of the water - saw deer, raccoon, many birds. Blinds did not block the sun in the morning - hard to sleep once it became light. 3 king beds were very comfortable. Outdoor beds need some weeding done occasionally. Big thistle almost blocked the entrance. Nest thermostat didn't follow our directions Great walk to Roche Harbor or the Mausoleum Too many activities to use TV. Separate hot water on sink explained why there was no teapot - once again took a couple of days to figure out.
